Abstract

This paper brings together a series of reflections that may be useful for the drafting of legal writings in private international law. The essay is based on a conception of law as an art in which the aim is to argue and convince and not to demonstrate. This work proposes rules for the presentation of studies in private international law and for the drafting of essays in private international law from an academic perspective. The goal is therefore to provide elements for creative legal writing which may be interesting and useful for experts in private international law.
