On Artificial Intelligence and human rights again
Abstract
Artificial Intelligence has important implications for human rights, both in terms of challenges and opportunities. Therefore, rights are present in declarations and proposals on its regulation. However, this presence has to face some problems. One of them is the determination of what the human rights approach means. This paper aims to shed light on this issue.
