Abstract

European Trade in services is undergoing major changes as a result of the adoption of the Services Directive. It is a brand new instrument in the integration process of the European Union that substantially affects law of Member States. It has started a reform process than makes Member State to review and adapt their whole legislation. To understand relevance of Service Directives it must be notice its enormous potential impact on law thanks to both its subject and its content. No body of law remains completely apart from this process. So it is required to establish accurately its real spans and limits to assess the consequences for the future of law.
