Notas de urgencia sobre el principio de justicia universal y la reforma del art. 23.4 de la LOPJ por la Ley Orgánica 1/2009, de 3 de noviembre

Abstract

The Spanish (Ley orgánica) Act 1/2009, of November 3rd 2009, modifies article 23 of Act 6/1985, of July 1st, in order to reduce the scope of the principle of universal jurisdiction in criminal matters. This paper tries to emphasize, exclusively, the legal situation created after the above mentioned reform.
