EU and internal conflicts of laws
Analysis of the solutions provided in the European regulations and their projection on our conflict system
Abstract
The Spanish legal system is located in the group of those classified as complex or plurilegislative, characterized by the coexistence of various territorial legislative systems and by the presence within it of internal conflicts of an interregional and interlocal nature. Internal plurality is also the subject of increasing attention and regulatory regulation at the European level and in the conventional/international regulatory bloc. It is urgent to undertake the reform of this sector of our system, keeping in mind a perspective based on the obligatory hybridization of three dimensions (constitutional, European and internal) in order to support the establishment of a coherent set of rules that provide legal security to the system.
