Textos clásicos de medicina en la Botica Jesuítica del Paraguay

Abstract

Resumen: En este trabajo abordamos la instalación de la Botica Jesuítica del Paraguay asentada en la ciudad de Córdoba (Argentina) y la suerte corrida por la misma después de la expulsión hasta nuestros días. En ese contexto se hace hincapié en los aportes de los libros que modernizaron la disciplina y que fueron utilizados por los boticarios en el Siglo de la Ilustración. Abstract: In this article we deal with both the installation of the Jesuit Pharmacy of Paraguay located in the City of Cordoba, Argentina, and its fate after the expulsion until nowadays. In this context emphasis is made on the contributions of the books which updated the Pharmacy field and which were also used by the pharmacists in the century of the Enlightenment.
