Abstract
The article investigates the first summer courses, that took place at Spanish University and analyses how they were formed “the university extension” between 1927 and 1936. It was the first time that a university had moved temporarily and periodically to another place where it was believed that its teaching could be useful. It was deepened at the programming of these courses, at the addressed issues and at the participating professors. Since its beginning the courses linked recreational linking with nature. Recreational education was understood as leisure pedagogy or, in other words, as more up to date proposals, based on the educative role of the emotions.Downloads
