Notes: Ronald Dworkin. In defence of a liberal community
Abstract
This communication summarizes the main ideas that R. Dworkin brought about the community-individual relationship. The work begins with an overview of the major points of discussion in the liberal-communitarian controversy in orden to define the position of Dworkin in it, and also to present his conception of liberalism as a political conception which insists that freedom, equality and community are complementary aspects. For this purpose I will explain his theory of integration.
