The Avant-Garde Dilemma in the interwar Period. Art, Cinema & Politics
Presentation
Abstract
In this article we present the works that make up this dossier on the avant-garde visual and plastic arts between 1918 and 1936. The analysis of the complex and unstable relationships established during these years between art, advertising and information will allow us to approach, from a necessary multidisciplinary perspective, the social, political and economic changes that brought about the advent of mass communication.
