Overview of the women workers’ rights protection in Spain and México

Abstract
The purpose of this document is to describe the basic elements which protect women workers’ rights in the Spanish and Mexican normative systems. In other words, to introduce the reader to the way in which women workers’ rights are protected in both countries. The study of the women workers’ protective elements in the normative systems referred is make from three perspectives: external (international law), internal (national law) and judicial (activity of their Constitutional Courts). The methods used to elaborate this document are deductive, comparative law, historical and analytical.Downloads
