Abstract
Starting from the doctrine of the “balance of rights” of the Constitutional Court on the solution of conflicts of concurrence between constitutional rights, the jurisprudence of the main Courts about the conflict between the freedom of company and the right to own image of the worker is analyzed in relation to his clothing at work.Downloads
