The commitment of RD Law 32/2021 to improve the quality and stability of employment. Its first effects on the labor market
Abstract
The labour reform of 2021 (RD Law 32/2021) aims to help employability and job quality. This paper shows how employment and hiring policy are performing as a consequence of some of the new measures to reduce temporary and precarious employment. The results show remarkable and hopeful positive achievements in terms of employment and job stability that require continuous monitoring over time to vouch for the success of the reform.
