Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the main novelties introduced by the new Employment Law within the framework of a clear evolutionary period. To do this, we will use what we believe are the core points of the new regulation: employability, intermediation, prospective, priority groups, public-private collaboration, evaluation, coordination of active and passive policies, local employment policies and the digitization of services and policies. The work closes with some brief reflections about the legal and political importance of the new Law.
