Application and limits of the right to freedom of expression of judges and magistrates in international Law
Abstract
This article proposes an analysis of the right to freedom of expression of judges and magistrates, from the perspective of human rights standards at the regional and international level, through the regulations and jurisprudential practice in this regard. The work aims to shed light on the possible restrictions to which
members of the judiciary could be subjected in this area due to the special content of the functions they perform. This research emphasises on the impact that social networks may have on the enjoyment of this right by judges and magistrates.
