New Reform of Spanish Criminal Code in 2013
Abstract
The author analyses criminal policy guidelines of the Criminal Code Reform Project of 2013 now under law-making process. The main thesis is to reform looks for tightening criminal regulation in order to satisfy preferences of some social and business groups that give electoral advantages to the government political party.
