Application to the workplace of the innovations introduced by the latest regulations on equal treatment and non-discrimination
Abstract
In the last year, the regulatory storm into which we have plunged has contributed, among other achievements, to a greater (but better?) codification of the rights to equal treatment and non-discrimination, through various regulations. With more or less technical success, what is evident is that they have reached a significance in which the employment law is a protagonist. We reflect here on the most outstanding novelties included in these regulations to the extent that they have ended up affecting employment law.
