The III EU-CELAC Summit and its practical implications for a digital, green and social transformation
Abstract
The Third Summit between the European Union and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States in July 2023 demonstrates the good health of the EU-LAC bi-regional association, once the difficulties of the past have been overcome. This article analyzes the main milestones that explain how the main regional challenges and interests have been identified on both sides of the Atlantic and the real impact of this Summit, in light of the consensual cooperation agenda and the European financing initiative for digital, green and social transformation.
