A missed opportunity in the prevention of conflict of interest in the State Administration. A brief analysis of Law 3/2015, of 30 March
Abstract
This paper analyses different mechanisms to prevent conflict of interest stated by Law 3/2015, of 30 March, on the work of public sector officials in State Administration. Additionally, it states how this law has not been sufficiently ambitious to improve the legal regime of prevention of conflict of interest in State Administration and to face the limitations that had occurred in the past when applying these mechanisms to prevent conflict of interest.
