The training of future lawyers
Abstract
This paper analyzes the changes in the way lawyers practice in recent years. The training offered by universities to law students must also be adapted to these new circumstances, which are characterized, above all, by a predominance of the criminal sphere in the employment preferences of young lawyers, new forms of conciliation and negotiation between the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the defence lawyers and, also, the increasing use of technological devices both in the daily work of the lawyer and in the development of the criminal process itself.
