Abstract

The 2021 Labour law Reform means the end of an anomalous decade regarding the ultra-activity regulation in Spain and retakes the indefinite validity of the collective agreements which was in forced from 1980 to 2012. The Reform eradicates a confusing regulation which led an unfair decrease of wage and working conditions under the argument of avoiding to petrify the working conditions. Now the bargaining balance in favor of workers is taken back. However, the 2021 Reform presents some lack of information which should be analyzed carefully.
