Habilidades sociales en enfermería. El papel de la comunicación: Centrado en el familiar = Social skills in nursing. The communication role: Focus in family
Abstract
Resumen: Conocer y aplicar habilidades sociales y una buena técnica de comunicación en la relación enfermera/paciente/familia influye positivamente para conseguir los objetivos que durante el proceso de crisis, que sufre una familia cuando existe un desequilibrio en la salud de unos de sus miembros, nos planteamos. Aumentando así el nivel de satisfacción de pacientes y familiares. Esta revisión bibliográfica tiene como objetivo fomentan la comunicación humana entre el personal de enfermería y la familia de la persona sobre la que está ejerciendo sus funciones, evidenciando la importancia que los grupos sociales tienen sobre el individuo, concretamente la “familia”, en pacientes de neonatología, personas que se encuentran en Cuidados Intensivo, personas en fase terminal o simplemente personas que sufren enfermedades crónicas. Como conclusión obtenemos que se deben cultivar estas habilidades, para conseguir que las familias a las que nos dirigimos sean familias funcionales.

Abstract: Knowing and applying social skills and good communication skill in the nurse / patient / family has a positive influence to achieve the objectives during the crisis, suffering from a family where there is an imbalance in the health of some of its members, we pose. Increasing the level of satisfaction of patients and families. This literature review aims to foster human communication between nurses and the family of the person who he is in office, highlighting the importance that social groups have on the individual, namely the "family" in patients neonatology, people who are in intensive care, terminally ill people or just people with chronic diseases. In conclusion we find that we must cultivate these skills, to ensure that the families we headed families are functional.
