Abstract

This research begins with an introduction and a debate about the right to marry. After, it consists of three large blocks (Spain, the European Union and other countries of the international community) in which we investigate how different jurisdictions regulate legal figures that are accessible to same-sex couples, and how many of them have regulations that ignore, limit or condemn homosexual relationships. Finally, there are a series of measures to alleviate the alteration of status in space as well as a series of conclusions about the discovered information.
