Los medios de comunicación, la educación nutricional y la información al consumidor = Mass Media, nutrition education and consumer information
Abstract
Resumen: Informar sobre salud y alimentación en los medios de comunicación plantea dificultades que requieren formación específica y experiencia. Los medios de comunicación, al transmitir a los ciudadanos información sobre alimentación y salud, contribuyen también de manera importante a la alfabetización y educación en estas materias, incluso aunque no sean estas las funciones principales de los medios. Las redes sociales y las nuevas tecnologías aportan múltiples posibilidades novedosas.

Abstract: Reporting on health and nutrition in the media poses challenges that require specific training and experience. The media, by transmitting information on food and health, they also contribute significantly to develop literacy and education in these matters, even though they are not the main functions of the media. Social networks and new technologies provide many new possibilities.
