Abstract
Resumen: Introducción: Laissez faire es un término francés cuya traducción literal quiere decir “dejar hacer”. Durante años, esta expresión estuvo asociada al abandono de responsabilidades, tranquilidad en la toma de decisiones hacia los empleados y pereza, tomando un cariz negativo y poco conciliador del liderazgo de una empresa. Metodología: Mediante una búsqueda bibliográfica actualizada en GERION y con unos criterios muy selectivos de inclusión / exclusión de artículos. Resultados: Se han localizado características, habilidades, competencias, destrezas y responsabilidades propias de este estilo mandatario. Conclusiones: Se deja entrever, que, en una época marcada por la escasez de recursos tanto humanos como materiales, el carácter laissez faire en los líderes enfermeros, está totalmente reñido con el éxito de la empresa, consiguiendo con ello aportar nuevas ideas, proyectos y/o esquemas en lo que a liderazgo, gestión, comunicación sanitaria y administración enfermeros se refiere.

Abstract: Introduction: Laissez Faire is a french term whose literal translation is “let to do”. For years, this term was associated with responsibilities abandonment, making employment decisions tranquillity and laziness, taking on a negative and small conciliatory company leadership. Methodology: Through an updated literature search in GERION and using highly selective inclusion/exclusion criteria for articles. Results: Its have been localized characteristics, abilities, competencies, skills and responsibilities of this mandatory style. Conclusions: In a time marked by human and material scarcity, nursing laissez faire nature leader practitioners are completely at odds with company success, thereby achieving new ideas, projects and/or diagrams related to leadership, management, health communication and administration nursing.
