Enfermería y su lenguaje estandarizado orientado al liderazgo y la comunicación sanitaria = Standardized nursing language oriented to Leadership and health communication
Abstract
Resumen: La labor asistencial de los profesionales de enfermería, no sólo se orienta hacia la intervención clínica con pacientes. Se podría mencionar la función docente, administrativa y/o de gestión y la investigadora, haciéndose eco de ello los distintos planes de estudio de la carrera, donde se incluyen asignaturas de todas estas áreas desde que la titulación pasó de ATS a Diplomado en Enfermería. Los lenguajes estandarizados de la NANDA (North American Nursing Diagnosis Association), la NOC (Nursing Outcomes Classification) y la NIC (Nursing Interventions Classifications) están ampliamente desarrollados en las actividades clínicas, y en la mayoría de los casos no están reconocidos en el resto de sectores. Mediante una búsqueda bibliográfica en JABEGA y GERIÓN, se han localizado dos diagnóstico de la NANDA y se han podido orientar al liderazgo, gestión y administración, con el único objetivo de dar a conocer la importancia que estos lenguajes pueden tener en las distintas labores mencionadas, concluyendo que, el uso de este tipo de terminología, es igualmente válido en los dominios que no sean clínicos.

Abstract: Nursing professionals welfare labor is not only orientated towards the clinical interventions with patients. There might be mentioned educational, administrative and/or management and research function, echoing it the degree different study plans since the ATS went into University Degree in Nursing, where there are these areas subjects included on it. NANDA (North American Nursing Diagnosis Association), NOC (Nursing Outcomes Classification) and NIC (Nursing Interventions Classification) standardized languages are widely developed in clinical activities, and they are not recognized in the other areas in most cases. Two NANDA diagnosis have been located through a literature search in JABEGA and GERIÓN. With the only aim of raising awareness regarding importance of theses language in various tasks, they have been guided to leadership, management and administration, concluding that the use of such terminology, it is equally valid on the non-clinical domains.
