Communication in nurse managers
a main issue
Abstract
The study of social skills is not innovative, it dates from the thirties. Among the elements or components of social skills, we find the communication, verbal or the otherwise, as the inevitable process of great importance in human relations, and that is why we consider it useful both personal and professional, focusing on the role of nurse managers can see how the communication is limited to, several studies and by various authors, functions and competences. Considering that communication is an important process among nursing managers decided to do a study to explore what were the contributions on this subject in the databases Cuiden Plus, Lilacs and Medline, and further analysis of some items concluding that there is a shortage of communication or an error between the team and managers, the importance of communication in management and training needs in the sphere of communication.
